FORGE is being built now. Two ways to support: the Gold Coast Marathon GoFundMe (running through 2026), or ongoing donations once Foundation registration is complete. Every contribution funds programs offered free or contribution-based for the men who need them.
The current Australian men's mental health funding landscape is heavily weighted toward awareness campaigns and clinical services. Both are necessary. Neither addresses the middle layer — the structured capability-building work for adult men who aren't in crisis but whose lives aren't working.
Forge Foundation programs are offered on a contribution basis. Most men contribute $0-$300. Some contribute nothing — financial circumstances vary, and no man is excluded for financial reasons. Some contribute more, as donor tier. The difference is made up by foundational funding from donors who understand that what's being built is infrastructure, not charity in the transactional sense.
Your support enables the program work for the men who need it most and can pay least. It also funds the building of the platform, facilitator training, governance, and the podcast that does the cultural work.
Keith is running the Gold Coast Marathon to launch FORGE and raise foundational funding for Forge Foundation. The discipline of marathon prep mirrors the discipline FORGE is built on — small actions, sustained over months, that produce capacity nothing else produces.
Every dollar raised funds the build. Programs free for men without means. Platform development. Facilitator training. The Forged podcast.

If you know an Australian man — partner, friend, family member, colleague — who might benefit from FORGE, share the work with him. The diagnostic when it goes live. The podcast when it launches. The principles even now.
If you have a connection to an Australian secondary school — principal, deputy, curriculum coordinator, wellbeing leader, board member — and think Forge Conditioning could fit their context, introduce us. Schools deliveries are commercial revenue that subsidises the Foundation work.
Forge Foundation will train facilitators across Australia to deliver small-group cohort calls. If you're an Australian adult (any gender) with relevant background — counselling, education, men's work, lived experience — and interested in facilitating, we'd like to hear from you.
FORGE is building infrastructure. We need help across legal, finance, governance, technology, evaluation, research, marketing, and partnerships. If you have skills to contribute pro bono or at reduced cost, get in touch.
Once Forge Foundation completes ACNC registration, annual financial statements will be public via the ACNC register. All operations will be audited annually. Governance will follow Australian charity sector best practice.
In the pre-registration period, marathon GoFundMe funds are held in a designated account, ring-fenced for Forge Foundation use, with full audit trail maintained for transfer to the registered charity on completion.
Anticipated; subject to final governance documentation and ACNC reporting requirements.
